1. Taking into consideration the Judgment dated 19.9.2019 passed by

the Full Bench of this High Court in W.P.(C) No.2313/2019, the present

Writ Petition also stands disposed of holding it to be not maintainable. The

liberty however is reserved for the Petitioner to avail such other remedies

of 'Revision' under the Chhattisgarh Panchayat (Appeal and Revision)

Rules, 1995.

2. With the aforesaid liberty, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
