Heard on I.A. No.2, which is the third bail application filed under 389 of Cr.P.C. for suspension of sentence and grant of bail to the appellants.

By impugned judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 24.03.2017, passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Pratappur, District Surajpur in S.T. No.30/2016, the appellants have been convicted for offences under Sections 302/34 and 201/34 of IPC and sentenced to undergo life imprisonment with fine of Rs.500/-; and rigorous imprisonment for three years with fine of Rs.100/-, in default of payment of fine additional rigorous imprisonment for 6 months with a direction to run the sentences concurrently.

First bail application of the appellants was rejected on merits vide order dated 19.06.2018 and the second one was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 08.03.2019 with liberty to repeat the same after some time.

We have heard learned counsel for the parties. We do not find any change in the circumstance to entertain this third application for suspension of sentence and grant of bail to the appellants.

The application(I.A.No.2) is accordingly rejected. However, the appellants are at liberty to file urgent hearing application to hear the appeal.
