Heard Mr. Sanjay Kumar Agrawal, learned counsel for the appellant.

Also heard Mr. Jitendra Pali, learned Deputy Advocate General, appearing

for the respondents.

2. Pursuant to order dated 06.07.2022 passed by this Court, requiring

Mr. Pali to obtain instructions as to whether the application filed by the

appellant pursuant to the order dated 30.09.2020 passed by the learned

Single Judge in WPC No. 2113 of 2020 for grant of interest on delayed

payment has been disposed of or not, Mr. Pali submits that representation

was disposed of on 09.11.2020. A copy of the same is also furnished to Mr.

Agrawal.

3. This appeal is presented against an order dated 21.12.2021 passed in

WPC 5336 of 2021 refusing to grant of an interim order.

4. Mr. Agrawal submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this appeal.

5. Mr. Pali has no objection.

6. Accordingly, this writ appeal is disposed of on withdrawal.
