1. Learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal appeal on the ground that the same appellants have filed an appeal registered as CRA No.588 of 2021 through another counsel.

2. Considering the submission, as this is a subsequent appeal by the same appellants, therefore, there cannot be two appeals against the same judgment. Learned counsel appearing for the appellants in this case has been appointed by the High Court Legal Services Authority, is directed to appear in CRA No.588 of 2021 along with the other counsel engaged in that case.

3. This appeal is accordingly disposed of.
