1. Heard.

2. The appellant-Sarfuddin @ Sonu Musalman has filed two appeals i.e.

CRA No.1478/2021 and CRA No.1591/2021 with the aid of Legal Aid

Committee.

3. Since firstly preferred criminal appeal i.e. CRA No. 1478/2021 preferred

by the appellant-Sarfuddin @ Sonu Musalman against the same

impugned judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated

03.02.2021 is already pending consideration before this Court, the

instant criminal appeal i.e. CRA No.1591/2021 is unnecessary and

accordingly, it stands disposed off. However, paper book prepared in

CRA No.1591/22021 will be handed over to learned counsel for the

appellant in CRA No.1478/2021.
