Learned Sr. Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the present writ petition is maintainable under Article 227 of the Constitution of India as it is fall within the supervisory jurisdiction of the High Court therefore the instant petition is maintainable under Article 227 not the Article 226 of the Constitution of India. In support of his contention, Sr. Advocate referred the judgment passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in WP227 No. 445/2019 (Annexure P/5) wherein the writ petition has been considered and decided under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

Post the matter tomorrow i.e. 02.08.2022 at top of the list as a fresh matter.
