3. This matter is listed again in the hearing list dated 25.04.2022 to

29.04.2022.

4. None appears for the appellants as well as the respondents.

5. It appears that earlier also, writ appeal was dismissed for non-

prosecution on 10.12.2018. However, the case was restored by an order

dated 06.02.2019 passed in MCC No. 77 of 2019.

6. In view of the fact that there is no representation on behalf of the

appellants on three occasions, we have no option but to dismiss the case

for non-prosecution.

7. Accordingly, the writ appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
