Respondent is represented by Shri Anuroop Panda, learned counsel and he

would submit that the power will be filed today and also prays time to file reply to the

application for condonation of delay.

As prayed, a week's time is granted to file reply.

Learned counsel for the appellant would submit that as per the information

received, the marriage of the respondent is fixed for 10 th of April, 2022 and the same

may be stayed, otherwise this appeal will become infructuous.

Considering the issue, it is directed that there shall be stay of the judgment and

decree dated 6th of April, 2019 till the next date of hearing.
