08.04.2022 Ms. Diksha Gouraha, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

she is not pressing the prayer for quashing Rule 7(xvi) of Chhattisgarh

Chikitsa, Dant Chikitsa evam Bhautik Chikitsa Snatak Pravesh Niyam,

2018 as ultra vires. She further submits that issue raised in this petition is

covered by judgment dated 08.04.2022 passed by this Court in WPC No.

1715 of 2022.

2. Ms. Anmol Sharma, learned Central Government Counsel, appearing

for respondent Nos. 1 & 2 as well as Mr. Jitendra Pali, learned Deputy

Advocate General, appearing for respondent Nos. 3 & 4, have no objection.

3. In that view of the matter, this writ petition is also dismissed in the

light of the observation made in WPC No. 1715 of 2022.
