1) The appellant has preferred this appeal under Section 14 (A) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 as the appellant was arrested on 12.06.2021 in connection with Crime No.22/2021 for the offence punishable under Sections- 363, 366, 376 (2) ( ढ) of IPC, Section 6 of POCSO Act and Sections 3 (2) (v), 3 (2) (vd) of SC/ST Act registered at Police Station- Keshkal, District- Kondagaon (C.G.).

2) At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks to withdraw this Criminal Appeal.

3) Counsel for the State has no objection to the above prayer.

4) Permission granted.

5) Accordingly, the Criminal Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
