The Court: This appeal is directed against a judgment and order

dated July 25, 2025 passed in GA/2/2022 filed in CS/218/2021, whereby

the plaintiff's application for judgment upon admission has been dismissed

by a learned Judge of this Court. The appeal has to be heard out.

Let the appellant/plaintiff file requisite number of informal paper-

books containing all papers that were available before the learned Single

Judge, within one week after the Puja vacation.

All formalities are dispensed with.

Since the respondents are represented by learned Counsel, notice

of appeal is deemed to be waived.
