The Court:- Learned Advocate for the decree-holder is present.

Today is fixed for filing the report by the learned Special Officer. By order

dated 14th August, 2025, the Special Officer was directed to ascertain as to

whether the judgment debtor is carrying on the business at the address

mentioned in the cause title.

In terms of the said order, the Special Officer visited the office

upon notice to the decree-holder and has submitted a report that there is

no office of the judgment debtor namely, Green Concretex Global Limited in

the said building since last four years and upon further inspection he found

that there is nobody in the building and there is no commercial activity.

As the judgment debtor is not holding any office at the address

and the decree is not two years old, this Court is of the view that no fruitful

purpose will be served in keeping this execution application pending. Thus,

this execution application stands disposed and allowed.

The petitioner/decree-holder is permitted to appropriate the

amount which was withdrawn in terms of the order dated 14 th August,

2025. The decree-holder is further permitted to withdraw the balance sum

of the decretal amount now lying with the Registrar upon compliance of the

necessary formalities.

This execution application stands disposed.

The learned Special Officer also stands discharged. However, let a

further remuneration of 100 Gms. be paid to the Special Officer.
