Deputy Sheriff of Calcutta has submitted report wherein it

reveals that the notice of the present execution proceeding has

been served upon the judgment-debtor on 14 th August, 2025

but in spite of receipt of the notice, none appears on behalf of

the judgment-debtor and no accommodation is sought for.

2. Let warrant be issued against the judgment-debtor.

3. The decree-holder is directed to take appropriate steps for filing

requisite in the department within a week for issuance of

warrant of arrest against the judgment-debtor.

4. List the matter on 4th November, 2025.
