The Court:-Award-debtor No. 2 Mr. Suman Mohali has been arrested

by the police and produced before the Court. Warrant of arrest stands

discharged.

Oath has been administered. Award-debtor No. 2 undertakes to furnish

the details of assets and undertakes to appear before this Court whenever

required. On such undertaking, let award-debtor No. 1 be released from

custody.

Affidavit of assert shall be filed within a period of two weeks.

Learned counsel for the award debtor is at liberty to file Vakalatnama.
