pending against the order dismissing the application of

maintainability.

3. However, as there is no stay of further proceedings of this execution

case nor there is any stay of the order dated 20 th March, 2025, the

judgment debtor is required to comply the order passed on 20 th

March, 2025 and further remain present.

4. In the facts and circumstance, the matter stands adjourned till 1 st

July, 2025.

5. The judgment debtor shall remain present on the said date.

6. No further adjournment will be granted.
