debtor.

3. The judgment debtor has handed over a demand draft of Indian

Overseas Bank being no.149746017 dated 18 th June, 2025, of Rs.2 lakh

to the decree-holder.

4. Counsel for the judgment-debtor submits that the judgment debtor will

clear all the dues in term of the decree passed by this Court by

September, 2025.

5. In view of the above, let the matter appear on 20 th August, 2025.
