Judgment Debtor is present in person.

2. The decree holder has started cross-examining the judgment debtor.

3. During cross-examination, this Court finds that the judgment debtor

is suppressing several things and hiding the actual persons who are

involved in the company and also suppressed material facts by

making false evidence before this Court. During the evidence it has

come to know that there are other persons involved in the company

who are running business at present. It has also come to know the

company is having five ships but all the things have not been

disclosed in the affidavit of assets before this Court.

4. In view of the above, the judgment debtor has given another chance to

file the accurate affidavit of assets stating all the assets and the

details of the persons who are involved in the business of the

judgment debtor company by 30th July, 2025 by serving copy to the

Learned Counsel for the decree holder.

5. Let these matters appear on 30th July, 2025 under the heading "For

Orders".
