The plaintiff has filed the present application being GA-

COM/1/2025 praying for judgment upon admission as well as

GA-COM/2/2025 praying for interim order.

2. Counsel for the defendant prays for time to file affidavit in

opposition, let affidavit in opposition be filed within a week

thereafter.

3. The defendant is directed to disclose their asset in the affidavit

in opposition.

4. Let this matter appear on 6th August, 2025.

5. Learned Senior Advocate appearing for the Ramdoot Ferro

Private Limited intends to intervene in the matter as the land

along with factory is being transferred by WBIDC and the bank

in the name of Ramdoot Ferro Private Limited.

6. In view of the above, the plaintiff is directed to serve a copy of

GA-COM/2/2025 to the Learned Advocate appearing for the

Ramdoot Ferro Private Limited with the liberty to file their

affidavit in opposition within two weeks, reply if any, within a

week thereafter.

7. It is made clear that this Court has allowed to intervene in the

matter only with regard to this application not in the suit.

8. Liberty is given to the Learned Advocate on Record of Ramdoot

Ferro Private Limited to file Vakalatnama in the department

within a week from date.
