The Court : At the threshold the plaintiffs have raised an objection

regarding the grounds on which the defendants urge that the suit is not

maintainable. In this connection the plaintiffs have relied upon two

judgments respectively dated 2nd March, 2023 passed in Man Mohan

Garodia Vs. Govardhan Prasad Garodia & Ors. and 20th June, 2023 passed

in Tagore Society For Rural Development Vs. Kazi Masum Akhter and Ors.

The learned Advocate for the defendants prays for an adjournment to

consider the said two judgments.
