The Court : Mr. Rahul Karmakar, learned Advocate for the judgment
debtor submits that due to certain medical exigency his client i.e. the
judgment debtor is unable to come today. He seeks accommodation.
Mr. Souryadeep Banerjee, learned Advocate appearing for the decree
holder submits that direction be issued upon the judgment debtor to
handover the documents as per his deposition, prior to the date of
examination.
In view of such submission, learned Advocate for the judgment
debtor is directed to handover copies of the aforesaid documents to the
learned Advocate for the decree holder prior to his examination.
The judgment debtor is directed to remain present on the returnable
date.
List this matter on 12th November, 2024.
