The Court : It is submitted on behalf of the decree-holder

that save and except a sum of Rs.45 lakhs, no further payment

has been received in terms of the decree.

The judgment-debtor is represented and seeks accommodation to

take instructions in the matter as to when and how the judgment-

debtor can pay the balance amount of Rs.27 lakhs.

In the meantime, the decree-holder shall not issue any

letters either directly or through any party which causes any

hindrances or disputes in the business operations of the

judgment-debtor.

In view of the above, let this matter appear on 12 th

September, 2024.
