The Court: This is an application for clarification and rectification of the

judgment passed by the Hon'ble Justice I.P. Mukerji and Hon'ble Justice

Biswaroop Chowdhury on 7th July, 2023.

Due to the elevation of the Hon'ble Justice I.P. Mukerji as the Chief

Justice of Meghalaya High Court and in view of the fact that we do not have the

determination to hear tax matters, the matter is released from our list.
