Appellant had filed another appeal being CRA 570 of 2007 against

the selfsame judgment and order. The said appeal was disposed of

by a coordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 02.12.2014.

2. Under such circumstances, the present appeal being CRA 434 of

2006 is dismissed as infructuous.
