The Court:- Although the last order dated 8th September, 2023 gave the

judgment-debtors a last opportunity to file their respective affidavits of assets,

none of the judgment-debtors are represented. The order was communicated to

all three judgment-debtors, two of whom refused service and the judgment-

debtor no. 3 accepted service.

Since the judgment-debtors have remained in defiance of the order

passed by this Court including a Co-ordinate Bench, let warrants of arrest be

issued against all three of the judgment-debtors individually and be made

returnable three weeks after Court reconvenes in November, 2023. The

Department shall file a Report to this effect. The Superintendent of Police and

the Officer-in-Charge of the concerned Police Station shall act in terms of this

order.
