The Court:- Learned counsel appearing for the judgment-debtor hands

up a copy of a proposed draft of Rs.83,46,507/-, which counsel says will be

furnished and made over to the decree-holder next week. Counsel accordingly

prays for recalling of the order passed by this Court on 12th September, 2023

to the extent of issuing a warrant of arrest against the Managing Director of the

judgment-debtor.

List this matter on 3rd October, 2023. The Court will consider passing

appropriate orders upon the draft being made over by the judgment-debtor on

the returnable date.
