        The Court: The arbitration petition was disposed of by a judgment dated

1st September, 2023 appointing a member of the Bar Library Club as the

Receiver to take symbolic possession of the properties in dispute.

        The learned Receiver mentioned the matter for exclusion wishing to file a

Report pursuant to the judgment and order.

        The learned Receiver has communicated to representatives of both the

parties that the matter will be listed today.

        No one, however, appears for the respondent.

The Report is taken on record and will be circulated among the parties.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is requested to hand over a

copy of the Report to the advocate-on-record who was appearing for the

respondent on 28th August, 2023.

Since counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks a further protection, list

this matter on 29th September, 2023. A copy of this order shall be

communicated to the advocate-on-record of the respondent.
