The Court:- The judgment-debtor seeks recalling of an order passed by

this Court on 12th September, 2023 whereby a warrant of arrest was issued

against the Managing Director of the judgment-debtor. Learned counsel

appearing for the judgment-debtor submits that the affidavit of assets is ready

for filing and that the order should be recalled on that basis.

Learned counsel appearing for the decree-holder submits that there has

been continuous flouting of the orders of Court by the judgment-debtor from

2019. These orders are required to be brought on record.

The affidavit of assets will be filed on the returnable date.

List this matter on 26th September, 2023 also for considering the prayer

for recall.
