The Court: The judgment-debtor no.2 has surrendered in Court today.

A co-ordinate Bench by an order dated 11th August, 2023 had issued a

warrant of arrest against the judgment-debtor no.2.

After a preliminary examination, the judgment-debtor no.2 says that the

judgment-debtor will file the affidavit of assets within five weeks from today.

List this matter on 1st December, 2023.

The affidavit of assets will be served on the award-holder by 16th October,

2023.

Mr. Angshuman Chakraborty, counsel who seeks to appear for the

award-debtor, shall file the Vakalatnama in the course of the day.

The warrant of arrest is kept in abeyance until further orders.
