The Court : It is submitted on behalf of the judgment debtor that the

entire amount of Rs.53,77,987/- has been paid pursuant to the decree

dated 8 September, 2017. A scanned copy of the affidavit is also furnished

to the award holder. The judgment debtor undertakes to serve the original

of the said affidavit by 15 September, 2023.

In such circumstances, nothing survives in this proceeding.

Accordingly, EC/627/2018 is disposed of by recording the full and

final satisfaction of the decretal dues by the judgment debtor.
