The Court:- Learned counsel appearing for the decree-holder seeks

execution of a decree dated 23rd June, 2014 which was a decree of eviction

against the defendant. Counsel places an order dated 3rd July, 2023 by a Co-

ordinate Bench pursuant to which the learned Receiver appointed has taken

symbolic possession of the suit premises. Counsel now seeks actual possession

of the suit premises.
