The judgment debtor no. 1 is produced under arrest.

It is submitted on behalf of the judgment debtor no. 1 that the Affidavit of

Assets in terms of the earlier order of Court would be filed by 22 September, 2023.

It is also submitted on behalf of the award holder that on a prior occasion,

the judgment debtor no. 1 had been arrested and undertaken to give all

particulars pertaining to the secured assets and the insurance claim made in

respect thereof.

The judgment debtor undertakes to make such disclosure prior to the

returnable date.

Let this matter appear on 26 September, 2023 under the heading 'For

Examination of Judgment Debtor".

It is made clear that in default of any of the aforesaid directions appropriate

orders would be passed on the returnable date.

The award holder is directed to furnish all pleadings to file in this proceeding

to the judgment debtor upon usual costs.

The judgment debtor is also directed to amicably resolve their disputes.

The concerned police officer is present in Court. His presence is dispensed

with for the time being.
