This is an application for execution of an award dated 7 June, 2014 for an

amount of Rs.14,12,182/-. It is submitted on behalf of the award holder that

despite directions the judgment debtors have chosen not to file their Affidavit of

Assets. In view of the deliberate disobedience with the order of Court, let warrants of

arrest be issued against the judgment debtor nos. 1, 2 and 3.

The Jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge of the

local police station are directed to ensure due execution of the warrant of arrest and

production of the judgment-debtor nos. 1, 2 and 3 on or before the returnable date.
