directed to pay a sum of approximately Rs.14 crores. It is submitted on behalf of

the decree-holder that by an order dated 2 March, 2020, the judgment debtor was

being examined and thereafter the matter has not appeared in the list.

Let this matter appear on 30 June, 2023 under the heading 'For

Examination'. In the meantime, the judgment debtor is directed to comply with

the order dated 2 March, 2020 and produce the documents in terms thereof.
