Learned counsel appearing for the judgment-debtor nos. 3 and 4 submits

that the affidavits of assets of the judgment-debtor nos. 3 and 4 will be filed

within eight weeks from date.

The orders on record indicate that the direction for filing of affidavits of

assets was made on all four judgment-debtors.

The affidavits of assets shall be served on the learned advocate of the

petitioner.

The warrants of arrest are kept in abeyance.

The judgment-debtor nos. 3 and 4 have identified themselves and have

made their preliminary depositions.

The judgment-debtor nos. 3 and 4 undertake to file their affidavits of

assets within eight weeks from date and to remain present in Court whenever

their presence is required.
