The Court:- The decree-holder is represented. It is submitted on behalf of
the decree-holder that notwithstanding the decree having been affirmed by the
Hon'ble Supreme Court, the judgment-debtor has failed and neglected to pay
the interest component in terms of the decree. As such there is an amount in
excess of Rs.91 lakhs which is due and payable by the judgment-debtor to the
decree-holder. Let this matter appear on 14 th June, 2023.
In the meantime, the judgment-debtor is directed to take necessary
instructions and make payment of the outstanding decretal amounts prior to
the returnable date. The Department is directed to produce the records of this
application on the returnable date.
The decree-holder is directed to serve a copy of this order on the
Municipal Commissioner, Kolkata Municipal Corporation being the judgment-
debtor no. 4 forthwith.
