The Court: Learned counsel appearing for the respondent award-

debtor submits that applications under Sections 34 and 36 of the 1996 Act are

pending before the Commercial Court at Alipore and that it appears from an

order dated 19th May, 2023 that judgment on the Section 36 application will be

pronounced on 16th June, 2023. Counsel submits that in any event the

petitioner is secured to the extent of Rs.93 lakhs by way of a bank guarantee

which is with the Registrar, Original Side.
