The Court: This is an appeal filed from an order passed by the Arbitral

Tribunal on 4th February, 2023.

By the impugned order, the learned Arbitrator directed the Receiver to

sell the machinery which the Receiver was in physical possession of and for the

sale proceeds to be kept separately in an interest bearing account subject to

filing adjudication in the arbitration.

Learned counsel appearing for the appellant and the respondent/

claimant in the arbitration have made their respective submissions.

List this matter tomorrow, i.e., on 28th July, 2023 under the heading "For

Judgment".

The petitioner's supplementary affidavit is kept on record.
