The Court:- Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the

respondent have made their submissions primarily on two points. First, the

alleged insufficiency of the stamp and second whether the arbitration clause in

the work order has been incorporated in the contract entered into between the

parties on 15th October, 2015.

The supplementary affidavit on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

The original agreement of 15th October, 2015 has also been placed before the

Court
