The Court:- It is submitted on behalf of the award-holder that despite

the order dated 3rd April, 2019, the judgment-debtors have not filed any

Affidavit of Assets.

As a last chance, let this matter appear in the Monthly List of August,

2023.

In the meantime, the award-holder is directed to serve a notice on the

Advocate who had been appearing on behalf of the award-debtors as well as

the award-debtors and file an Affidavit of Service on the returnable date.

The time to file the Affidavit of Assets is extended till the returnable

date.

It is made clear that in default of filing the Affidavit of Assets,

appropriate orders for warrants of arrest would be issued against the award-

debtors.

The Department is directed to produce the records of the proceeding on

the returnable date.
