earlier direction of Court, the judgment debtors have failed to file their Affidavit

of Assets.

As a last chance, let this matter appear on 28th July, 2023.

The time to file the Affidavit of Assets is extended till the returnable date.

It is made clear that in the absence of the Affidavit of Assets, appropriate

orders for Warrant of Arrest would be passed against the judgment debtors.

The decree holder is directed to communicate the passing of this order to

the judgment debtors as well as the Advocates appearing on their behalf

forthwith and file an Affidavit of Service on the returnable date.
