The Court : An opportunity is sought for on behalf of the judgment debtor

to file their Affidavit of Assets.

Admittedly, there has been gross delay on the part of the judgment debtor

in filing their Affidavit of Assets.

Subject to payment of costs of Rs.25,000/- to the award holder, the

Affidavit of Assets is taken on record. The judgment-debtor through their

Advocates undertakes to pay the costs prior to the returnable date and intimate

this Court of payment thereof.

It is submitted on behalf of the award holder that by an order dated 16

January, 2020, the award holder was directed to furnish security for the entire

decretal dues. There shall be an order in terms of prayer (a) of the Tabular

Statement. It is submitted on behalf of the award holder that there has been no

compliance with the order dated 16 January, 2020.

As a last chance, the time to comply with the order dated 16 January,

2020 is extended till the returnable date.

Let this matter appear for further consideration on 26 July, 2023.
