The Court:- Affidavit of Assets filed on behalf of the judgment debtor be
kept with the records.
A copy of the same is forwarded to the decree-holder.
It is submitted on behalf of the decree-holder that pursuant to the earlier
order of Court, the judgment debtor had paid a sum of Rs.15 lakhs.
A further amount of Rs.15 lakhs shall be paid positively by 24 July, 2023.
Let this matter appear on 25 July, 2023 under the heading 'For
Examination of the Judgment Debtor'.
The judgment debtor is directed to be personally present on the returnable
date.
There shall also be an order of injunction in terms of prayer (d) of the
Tabular Statement. In the meantime, there shall be stay of the warrant of arrest
till the returnable date.
Vakalatnama filed on behalf of the judgment debtor be kept with the
records.
The judgment debtor is also directed to furnish a copy of the Development
Agreement referred to in the Affidavit of Assets within a week from date.
