The Court : This matter has come up at the instance of the department for

correction of typographical error crept in the judgment dated 28th June, 2023.

The order was passed in APO/16/2023. However, in paragraph 18 of the

said order, it has been wrongly mentioned as APOT/16/2023.

Accordingly, in paragraph 18 of the said order, APOT/16/2023 shall get

replaced by APO/16/2023.

Let this correction be incorporated in the judgment dated 28th June, 2023.

The server copy shall be corrected accordingly.
