The Court:- In view of the letter dated 21st June, 2023 addressed by the

Branch Manager of Karur Vyasa Bank situated at 37, Shakespeare Sarani,

Kolkata-17 the Branch Manager is directed to be present in person on the

returnable date. The decree-holder is directed to communicate the passing of this

order personally on the Branch Manager.

The judgment-debtor remains unrepresented. There is also no

adjournment sought for on behalf of the judgment-debtor in the second call.

As a matter of caution, the decree-holder is directed to serve a notice on

the judgment-debtor as well as the Advocate appearing on their behalf.

The Receiver is directed to circulate a copy of this Report on the parties. It

is made clear that in absence of the judgment-debtor, appropriate order would be

passed on the returnable date.

The Report filed by the Special Officer be kept with records.

For the present, the Receiver appointed by virtue of the earlier orders of

Court stands discharged.

The decree-holder is directed to pay an additional remuneration of 2000

Gms. to the Receiver within a period of seven days from date.
