Mr. Ghosh, learned counsel, appearing on behalf

of the applicant/petitioner submits that the orders

passed by this Court have not been complied with.

Ms. Banerjee, learned counsel, appearing on

behalf of the alleged contemnors/respondents/ECL

submits that an appeal, being MAT 1744 of 2022, has

been preferred from the order dated September 22,

2022 passed by this Court.

Since an appeal has been preferred, this Court is

of the view that a reasonable opportunity should be

given to the appellants/ECL to get the

judgment/order tested before issuing a Rule.

Let the matter appear for further consideration

on March 17, 2023 under the same heading

"Application".

All parties shall act on the server copies of this

order duly downloaded from the official website of

this Hon'ble Court.
