By a judgment and order dated 21 st September,

2022, the above matter was disposed of.

Inadvertently, in the said judgment and order,

the names of the Advocates representing the appellant

and the Union of India were wrongly shown.

Let the names of the Advocates representing

the appellant and the Union of India mentioned above be

deemed to have been recorded in the said judgment and

order.

Further in paragraph 4 of the said judgment

and order, the time "one week" wherever appears shall be

replaced with the time "two weeks".

Further, in penultimate line of the paragraph 4

of the said judgment and order, the words "or the

authorised representative" shall be inserted between the

word "appellant" and the conjunction "and".

This order shall form part of the judgment and

order dated 21st September, 2022.
