The Court:- Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the judgment-debtor

submits that a talk of compromise is going on between the parties and in order

to give effect to the terms of settlement, some more time is required. However,

learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the decree-holder submits that he does

not have any such instruction.

Be that as it may, let the matter appear under the same heading on 25th

November, 2022.

Parties will be at liberty to pray for preponing the date, if any amicable

settlement is arrived at in the meantime.
