It is submitted on behalf of the Insurance

Company that entire amount has already been deposited

before the Registrar General in compliance with the

order dated 19.02.2014 and that is why necessary

correction be made in Paragraph 14 of the judgment.

Paragraph 14 be substituted as follows:-

"Para.14. With the above observation the appeal is

dismissed. It is recorded that entire awarded amount

has already been deposited before the office of the

Registrar General. Therefore, claimants are at liberty to

withdraw the amount from the office of the Registrar

General. Learned Registrar General is requested to

disburse the amount on proper identification and proof."
