The Court: This execution application is appearing after effecting the

substitution of the award holder from Poonawalla Fincorp Ltd. to Kotak Mahindra

Bank Ltd.

It appears that warrant of arrest was issued against the Judgment debtors on

7th March, 2022 which was extended on 22nd April, 2022 and 8th July, 2022.

In view of the above let fresh warrants be issued against judgment debtors.

The Jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge of the

local police station are directed to ensure the execution of the warrants of arrest and

production of the judgment debtors before this Court on or before the returnable date.

The warrants of arrest are made returnable fourteen weeks hence.
