The Court:- Both the learned advocates appearing on behalf of the parties

in this execution case are present. The judgment debtor is present today.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the judgment debtor submits that

the order dated 10th November, 2022 of this Court directing the judgment debtor

to pay Rs.1 lakh within a period of two weeks, was not even complied with due to

financial stringency on the part of the judgment debtor.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the judgment debtor prays for a

further time to pay the security amount.

Heard both sides.

Considering all the circumstances, the judgment debtor is directed to pay

the security amount of Rs. 1 lakh peremptorily within a period of two weeks from

the date of this order.

The judgment debtor shall remain present before this Court on the

returnable date.

The case is made returnable on 15. 12. 2022.
